Pelatro completes massive installation programme at its largest Asian customer

Pelatro PLC (LON:PTRO) said its flagship product, mViva Contextual Campaign Management, has gone fully live at its largest customer in Asia.

Pelatro, a telecom customer engagement hub software specialist, won this five-year managed services contract at the end of 2019. The implementation has taken place across the customer’s network in various stages, with the final implementation now completed.

“We are absolutely thrilled with the smooth and successful implementation of our product in this very large network. With regard to scalability, this is the ultimate benchmark in the telecom world. Another notable aspect of this implementation is that it was undertaken during the pandemic and was executed remotely without even a single day of on-site activity,” said Subash Menon, the managing director and chief executive officer of Pelatro.
